tis an unfinished pic I cant finish for 2 reasons

1. I cant think of a bg yeah you heard me

2. the the pallet thing on aku tenshi does not work giveing me less chance to be random with my bg since I have to make all my darn colors.....

anyone want to help even though it's an ugly old random pic yeah I drew it in June you can color it if you want I don't care I just want to get it done
