um er LOL I'm as bad as you now Togepi finding old pics on my comp and uploading in the middle of the night uh anyways this pic is really old uh some lady give me this promo card of Articuno and asked me to draw it eh I did it in my own way still looks like the card but I don't care it's what she asked for lol
