The good thing about it being an icon is I don't get comments about the work being too small. lol I don't have to explain what an oekaki is too often in this case.

With the white spot; it makes the dragon seem more alive (as if they have energy inside them) and the eye looks much less distinctive without it (looks too flat and cartoon-like). P.S. nicely done!

Yeah I thought it looked like it was missing something without the spot, but I also wonder if it's just because I am use to the spot. People have made good points about both versions.

I'd say without the white spot, it looks more feral and less human, as I would imagine a real dragon to.

Somehow you made me picture a dragon with shiny anime eyes. LMFAO I guess your right though. I think if I was drawing a full body image I probably wouldn't add too much shine.
